HOW DOES IT WORK:
In a 90-minute Live Zoom session, participants are sent to breakout rooms in smaller groups of 4-5 to carry out certain activities that require them to communicate with each other under different scenarios ranging from boardroom to dealing with a difficult worker.
This format provides participants the opportunities not only to sharpen their communication and other interactive skills but build a high-quality peer network through repeated interaction with same peers while performing the breakout activities assigned.
